When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the information you give us about your property (type, area, size, intended use, budget range and timeline) plus any message you write.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking scripts on this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is emailed to AYSO Interior and is read by Sophiana. Delivery is handled by Resend, our email provider, and our website is hosted by Vercel. Both process the data only to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and our record-keeping obligations afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

Write to us at the address below to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
