About the studioYour questions
I am not in Dubai. How does it work?
That is the case for most of our clients. We collect the keys from your agent, arrange access, and receive the deliveries and the installers on your behalf. You follow the progress remotely and collect the keys once the interior is finished.
How much does it cost?
A studio in the Essential package starts at AED 27,000. From there the price depends on the property type and the package; beyond two bedrooms, we quote individually. Your proposal sets out the amount before the project starts.
What is included?
It depends on the package. Your proposal sets out the furniture, lighting, decoration and any bespoke pieces, along with the coordination, delivery, installation and styling. When we hand the keys back, the home is ready to live in.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the property, the package and any bespoke pieces. Your proposal includes a schedule and an estimated delivery date, before the project starts.
What do I approve before paying?
The proposal: the services, the package and the amount. The project starts once it is paid; we then agree on the creative direction with you, and the studio takes care of everything until the keys are handed back.
Let's talk about your project.
