Hadley Height

Delivered as a bare shell, this one bedroom apartment sits in one of Dubai's fast growing high rise communities, where new handovers land almost every month and every owner is competing for the same pool of long term tenants. The apartment was empty, with plain flat walls and no architectural detail. The brief was to turn it into a space that reads as move in ready from the first photo and holds a premium rent well past the first renewal.

Where there was once a bare, flat wall, we built the entire TV feature from scratch, an arched niche with integrated LED lighting, paired with a second, narrower arch fitted with staggered wood shelves and dressed in solo ceramic pieces. Together they became the architectural signature of the room. A warm palette of dark wood, greige and ecru runs through every space, letting the floor to ceiling windows carry the light. A rounded sofa and a low dark wood coffee table anchor the living area, while the microcement dining table, dressed with ceramics and a single oversized vase, turns an everyday meal into a hotel like moment. In the bedroom, an upholstered bed, a sculptural lamp, and matching wall art keep the palette calm and tactile.

A fully furnished apartment, with custom wall features that give it its own character.
